‘’1+1=3 insieme per un progetto sociale’’ is a social responsibility initiative launched and promoted by De Agostini Foundation together with De Agostini S.p.A., Gruppo De Agostini Editore and DeA Capital aimed at employees to establish a connection between the Foundation, the Group and its staff: three stakeholders for a common purpose. The initiative's focus is to engage the employees to share the values that animate the Group and inspire the Foundation’s daily work. Employees, individually or in groups, presented a project promoted by a third sector organization. After the initial selection, the employees voted on the chosen projects and elected the winners. The Foundation and the De Agostini Group companies made available an amount assigned to the winning projects.
